Very basic app that doesn't let you download your photos directly to your phone. Photos also come with a cheesy logo in both corners. I was fine with not being able to take my own photos but Grand Canyon West forcing you to go through them, making you pay for all the photos if you want any digital version, and then stamping an ugly trademark on it is just too much.

I was eventually able to get my photos but this is a really terrible app. You can't multiple select anything, you can't easily download all of your pictures, the only way to get the pictures that you paid a lot of money for out is to share them to Google photos one at a time. Then the pictures you get are low resolution and watermarked. We did not pay $70 at Grand Canyon West to have this experience. The actual photographers were great and this is no reflection on them.

Year 2019, when you have enough resources to build an app with good UX / UI, this one fails at both. UI is clunky at best. My pics suddenly disappeared. No ordering / grouping at all. The buttons at the bottom bar are mostly unresponsive. Failed downloads with lots of retry dialog popping up. I just hope I don't have to use this app again in its current state.
